IC Cheer is an organization within Campus Recreation, founded in 2001. We are both a gameday and competitive team. We attend home football and basketball games, while we also compete in local competitions, and aspire to attend NCA Collegiate Nationals in Daytona, FL every other year.
As there are high costs for this sport/team, and club sports rely heavily on fundraisers or donations to successfully carry out a season, Giving Day is an important way you can really help make a difference for our ability to pay for equipment, coach salary, competition travel and registration, team bonding events, etc.
One exciting event coming up for the 26-27 year, is our ability to travel to Yankee Stadium for the 67th annual Cortaca Jug football game. Your support on Giving Day can really help offset some costs of this trip! We are so grateful for any amount, which can help us reach our financial goals and team aspirations.
