Brother 4 Brother (B4B) at Ithaca College is a student organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering men of color through community, mentorship, and personal development. The organization creates a space for connection, dialogue, and support, fostering a strong sense of belonging while encouraging academic success, leadership growth, and holistic well-being. Through meetings, workshops, and campus engagement, Brother 4 Brother helps students navigate their college experience while building meaningful relationships and a shared commitment to excellence.
